The VTCT Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology course provides a detailed understanding of the body’s structure and functions, forming a foundation for careers in beauty, aesthetics, sports therapy, and complementary therapies. It covers cells and tissues, as well as major body systems including skeletal, muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive. Learners gain insight into how these systems work individually and together to maintain health and function. Assessment is through assignments and online exams, with courses typically lasting 8–12 weeks part-time. On completion, learners can confidently explain body systems and progress to advanced Level 4 qualifications.
